Hello! ^_^
I am a mixed type but have had this problem of poor digestion/elimination for a while actually. I just cannot seem to get regular and it's frustrating because I think I'm eating very good. I feel like I'm doing everything right but my body is saying nope. I drink plenly of water and exercise all the time too. Also, I always bloat up and can just feel bubbles moving through the GI track. Its very uncomfortable.
I've tried to come up with reasons why I've been having this problem. First, I felt that I wasn't actually eating enough becuase I eat so many raw, bulky foods that I get full fast. 2) Not enough fiber?
Any help would be wonderful!
Tschau!
Ashley
Hello Ashley,
Have you been 100% gluten free for at least 60 days at any point? Do you take the Complete Probiotic and digestive enzymes with our meals?

I would have to say 95% of the time during 60 days. I ate some Flax seed bread once when I was out of town. Also, I do not take the probiotics or enzymes. I've been debating it but I just dont want to deal with supplements.
Is there gluten in oatmeal?
Thanks for the reply,
I had a similar issue as well. Try magnesium on a empty stomach for starters. Second when you eat make sure you dont cause a drastic insulin responce. If u feel a headacne or any negative symptom after eating than it most likely means you did something wrong. If all else fails I learned a special tecnique to force a bowel movement naturally. Lie down on your back and slowly as possible Inhale through your nose rising your belly as high as possible. Next exhale through your nose as SLOWLY as possible, it will take a few days to get use to this but if your patient it works every time. In my case consitpation was caused by excess stress. Stress from any source weather it be to much exercise, lack of sleep, mental stress, emotional ect... Anywa excess stress will trigger your fiht or flight system and *** down digestion. Meditating always relieves constipation. Your body wont release untill it feels its safe to do so. One more thing to mention is overeating, limit protein sources to 4 oz per meal. If all else fails something that always seems to work for me is fasting meditation. On a sunday or a day you have the time just lie and bed eyes closed all day and night and meditate. Get up only to drink water and use the bathroom. Fasting meditation helps heal any health problem including constipation. All health problems are causes by excess stress, enervation from excess sex and toxema. Fasting meditation treats all of those issues. Sorry forgot to mention excess sex also causes constipation because orgasm=cortisol release and if you have adrenal issues or no stress reserves sex can be detrimental to your health untill u improve your health first. I had to learn this the hard way. I would try the slow breathing metioned above first, let me know if it works, it works for me.
