What I would like to know is--How did they come up with my Type?  I answered about 12 questions as best I could, but I have wrestled with Mercola's book on typing and couldn't decide just what I actually was.  So, how do they know--all of a sudden.  Do I just say ok... and go with it?  That's what I paid for isn't it!

Hello,

The one question I ask most patients is haven't we been just "going with it" based on nutrition most of our lives?  Nutritional Typing is built on an initial assessment that we have found to be significantly accurate and we have built a program around this that will address any shifts in nutritional needs.  So yes, I would say to "go with it" and am very confident that you will be very happy with the results and I cannot tell you enough the importance of following all the steps.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

What I find very strange and extremely confusing now is that I just took the test and "came up" as a Protein Type. About a year ago I took the test in Walcott's "Metabolic Typing Diet" book and result was mixed type. Turned out to be the same for other people I know who pretty much answered in the same way I did. So am I mixed or Protein? Have I been doing it all wrong for the past year?
