What can be done to help our bodies absorb minerals better? I feel that my body gets the best minerals from wild plants, but what are some other ideas for high mineral food? Chlorella or spirulina? I am feeling deficient and really want to focus on this. Thanks!

Many times the lack of proper stomach acid is the main challenge. Even though stomach acid is neutralized as it passes from the stomach this is still a trigger for the absorption of minerals and B-vitamins. I would initially focus on using the Complete probiotic and digestive enzymes along with your meal plan to stimulate the production of stomach acid. If this does not provide ultimate results you may want to try HCL supplementation for a short time.
Also remember that gluten often is a major challenge with absorption and assimilation. Being gluten free may be all that you need for this improvement.
Yes chlorella and spirulina are high mineral foods but that is not going to make a significant difference if your absorption and assimilation is challenged.
