Nothing yet !! Are tips based on our type or not - sjoy says they are. Customer service says no and you get only tips. NT programming seems to be a work in progress!!* not what we were led to expect.

"everyone busy call back later"
then "mailbox full"
then "error occurred"
I guess they are not ready for NT
