I would recommend 10 to 12 ounces of low carb vegetable juice at the start of every meal. You can add one moderate carb and one lemon or lime. Let me know if you need other ideas.

Sorry but I had replied to your last post earlier today and did not get to this one until now. I would say that based on your experiences with the juicing that your metabolic type may have shifted and you may need to do some fine tuning. If you continue to have a problem with the juice let me know and I can make some recommendations for you. After looking at your percentages within your MT we may be working with what I have suspected and that is a shift within your MT. Your imbalances were not that significant and you may have already shifted so I would recommend that you really focus on your diet record sheets and experiment with your macronutrient ratios and the foods you are consuming. This shift may be towards a mixed type. Keep me updated because this is an important time for support.
