As a protein type feel free to juice celery, spinach, cauliflower, avocado and a small amount of carrot while adding an organic cage free raw egg. This can be used as your part 2 food. It is important to remember that balancing your nutritional needs based on your individual needs is what creates a balanced PH.

What do you mean by part 2 food? I took the nutritional typing test recently and it said I was a protein type. But I'm not so sure. I have no energy when I follow a low carb diet. Also, it slows my digestion down and I start to feel sick. I know I'm a sugar addict and feel bad when I eat processed carbohydrates, but eating lots of vegetables, with good protein and fats usually makes me feel good. The nutritional typing test seemed flawed to me. Too few questions and no way to give specific answers.
If you did the Nutritional Typing and you were assessed as a protein type you should have a meal plan and directions that show and discuss the part 2 foods. These part 2 foods are the vegetables that you should be eating with every meal and it is common for protein types that are not eating properly to be sugar addicts as this is a way to "quick fix" energy through the day.
