Hi everyone! I just took the nutritional typing test and found out I am a definite protein type. When I want a snack, I go straight to the organic peanut butter and celery. I just want to make sure that it's okay. Also, I appreciate any other suggestions for good protein snacks! Thanks.
I eat raw almond butter and celery and its nearly impossible not to overeat it so I only have it occasioanlly once every 2 weeks. Whenever I eat it I end up eating the entire jar in a day lol which is a LOT of omegg 6 fats. My question is what if your buring those omegga 6 fats for energy, are they still harmful and do they still distort the ratio if I effectively burn them for energy????
Some other protein type snacks Ive tryed are avacados, raw milk cheese " I have to limit it as well cause its to good and addicting i end up eating the entire block at once LOL, pumpkin seeds are also good snacks but are high and omegga 6 and hard to digest for me, maybe i need to soak them
