I just completed the nutritional typing test online, and according to the results, I am a Mixed Type. How do I know this is an accurate assessment? A number of the questions did not seem to relate to my situation, and I would have answered "none of the above" had that been an option. I indicated on my test that my main concerns were weight loss and dealing with a pre-diabetic condition. Will following the food plan for mixed type help me with weight loss and control of my blood sugar? I think I need more information on how this works! If I try this "plan" for the 60 days, do I re-assess my "type" by retaking the test at some point? And if I do, do I have to pay for it again? I am worried that all that protein (as given in the sample menu plans) may have an adverse effect on my kidneys, and all the cheeses and fats an adverse effect on my cholesterol levels.
Hello,
We have used this system in the clinic for years to successfully help those this blood sugar regulation, weight loss, and lipid imbalances so we can very confidently say that this would be a significant benefit for you. To help with blood sugar and weight loss I would recommend using the secondary food list very little or not at all. Keep us posted with your progress.
