I am a Protein Type. I have been eating mostly organic for the last two years I am just starting this metabolic diet (I have just accepted the fact that fruits don’t sit well with me). Here is the problem. My body is sending me mixed messages concerning elimination. I am currently fighting the following issues:HemmoriodsUlcersLarge Intestine PainConstipationI use Acacia Powder from www.helpforibs.com It gets me to go twice a day. I take two teaspoons. That relieves constipation. However when I go twice it hurts my Hemmoriods. I took Magnesium as a laxative for about a month which helped tremendously with the Large Intestine Pain (Bottom of intestine hurts when stool is too hard) But I am confident it made my ulcers worse because I had more pushing and was the catalyst for the hemorrhoid getting a lot worse. I have sense stopped with the Magnesium.Long story short I start fix one thing and the other breaks. Should I have more fiber or less??????? I have the discipline to stay with something if I think it will work. Side Notes- I walk daily and exercise if I not in to much pain- I do take probiotics - I do take digestive enzymes- I believe 15 years of Prilosec usage caused these issues. I just weaned off it last month. I still need Maloox and Tagament thoughThanks for your help.

I believe that the Brasco Broth would be very beneficial to have on a weekly if not daily basis to improve intestinal health. I would also add in more raw food nutrition such as fresh vegetable juice with raw cream (start slowly with 1-2 tspns) and egg mixed into the juice for additional support.
