I have been exploring and purchasing from your site for over 6 months now and Ihave just taken your Nutritional Typing tests, however I feel that I did not have the options being a vegetarian to answer the NT tests appropriately....I eat dairy products, and occasionally may eat seafood, My main sources for Protein are: Egss, Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Tuna Fish and beans. Is there any way I can substitute these items rathen than meat on a supposed Mixed Type diet?? There is no way I could ever eat any meat other than what I have stated above. I am a vegetarian more for spiritual reasons. So... perhpas I am wasting my time trying to adhere to your mixed type diet. I would appreciate any insights....And who knows, if your test had different choices for non-meat eaters...I may not actually fall into being a mixed type at all??? Confused now...would appreciate any help/insights to this...Thank you.
Hello,
I have to be honest that as a mixed type it is not possible to use the meal plan as a vegetarian. I would also say that over the years in the clinic most individuals that I have seen that came in as vegetarians for years have actually created imbalances by using this nutritional practice. I really do not mean to challenge your belief but I have to be honest with you.
I would recommend following this with dairy and eggs as your protein at breakfast and then add your allowable flesh proteins at lunch and dinner. Use you meal diaries daily and get back to us with the results of how you are progressing.
