I'm no expert but I think a fruit diet is too high in sugar. My advice is to also eat plenty of non-sweet fruits. Eat your sweet fruits with your non-sweet fruits to prevent sugar overload. Also mix in sweet and non sweet fruits when juicing.  Eat organic and stay away from seedless fruits and high sugar starchy fruits such as bananas.  Remember to also eat seeds and nuts.

Is it true that it's better to eat fruit before a meal, insetad of after a meal? The reason given me was because the enzymes in fruits help digest the food. Whereas, if you eat the fruit after a meal, the enzymes just get diluted in all the other digestive juices and food you've already eaten.

All experience I have with fruit is that it should be eaten by itself on an empty stomach. So for breakfast or maybe 30 minutes before breakfast or another tip is to eat it before exercise. And only one fruit a day. Stay away from bananas and grapes though.

Fruit is, as someone else already said, high in sugar (fructose) so stay within one fruit a day. I am not sure if you are trying to loose weight but my best tip is to stay off the carbs and wheats and eat a lot of natural fat and meat along with green veggies.

That should give you a good start and you should see results fast, both in energy and body figure.
