I just took the rather disappointing Nutrional Type Test and it prompted me that I'm Mixed Type, and should take Gluten out of my diet for 60 days.

I love bread. I usually eat 2-4 slices of multigrain bread a day. What will I replace this with, and I don't think I can not eat this, as I enjoy eating it.

Is there Gluten free bread available at a normal grocery store?

Am I looking at the suggestion of not eating sandwhiches?

My body type is slim if that matters.

Hello,

Gluten free grains are primarily found at Whole Foods but can also be purchased at certain health food stores. The following manufacturers carry a variety of gluten free foods such as breads and pastas; these can be purchased at Whole Foods:

-Lundberg Farms brown rice pasta

-Bionaturae gluten free spaghetti

-Arrowhead Mills puffed brown rice cereal (cold cereal)

-Food for Life rice bread

-Arrowhead Mills Rice n-Shine hot cereal

-Edward and Sons brown rice crackers or Blue Diamond nut crackers.

If your body type is slim to begin with, consider adding in some high starch veggies or gluten free grains from the secondary food list with additional fat or oil such as potato with butter, squash with butter or brown rice with coconut oil.

All the best in health & healing,
