Under this link Dr. Mercola recommended on finding raw milk......I found an Amish natural Creamery
in Kalona, Iowa where raw milk is prohibited. The milk sold by this creamery is vat pasteurized non-homogenized organic milk
is this milk exceptable?

This would be a better choice over conventional milk due to the lower-heat pasteurization process.

I just read in one of the posts to use yogurt or kefir in place of milk that was pasteurized is. Does this still hold true with vat pasteurization non homo organic milk.
