HI Glen - Some questions

Hi Glen just a few questions here if you don't mind.

Just got my results in:

41% SYMPATHETIC
27% BALANCED
31% PARASYMPATHETIC
59% SLOW OXIDATION
40% FAST OXIDATION
 
1) In the recommendation it says to go more toward lowfat which has me puzzled. My naturopathic doct here says that I actually need some fat because Im underweight and for hormones and somewhat dry on the inside (dry mouth, skin etc) Im also about 15 lbs underweight -- and have had trouble putting on weight all of my life, because I think I have nervous-like system. Although I have a nervous-like system I'm also very fatigued and sluggish during the day at the same time. This has been going on for 10 long years and im only 27. Should I take an enzyme to help break the fat I need to help stablize my weight? I just couldnt imagine eating low fat.
 
2) It's seems to not matter what I eat it always makes me feel tired and lightheaded afterword. Even if it's not a large portion. Do you have any insight on "why" this happens?
 
3) After I eat I feel the tendency to want to smoke? Any insight on this as well?
 
4) I just found out that im loaded with parasites. When I did research on them, they said it actually makes most people gain weight. Do you think the parasites are why I've always had trouble gaining weight because they suck your nutrition?
 
Also, another doctor told me that the old remedy parasite cleanses were posion and to just get rid of them parasites with garlic. But then another natural doctor told me that I would have a major healing crisis if I consumed that much garlic and I would go into shock. Do you have any suggestions for parasites? Should I get healthier before I try to kill them so my body doesn't go into shock and get any weaker? Is there strategy and timing on all this that makes more sense?
 
This has been one of my biggest dilemma's for years: Im so weak, sore, stiff, achy, and mentally spacy, and lightheaded that I have been scared to cleanse my liver, and all that because im already in such an acute condition. So I've always been confused about which direction is the "right" direction to move into. It's kind of hard to just use "how you feel" as a guide because I always feel like im in a fatigued-like mode.
 
I mean if someones doing something that is right shouldnt logic just tell you at least notice something a little to keep you moving in that direction?

5) I notice Im not really hungry during the day. In fact... alot of times I just force myself to eat so I dont get dizzy. Im mainly hungrier in the night, and then wake up BRUTALLY starving and I eat alot in the middle of the night. But yet strange I do not put on any weight. Not even a pound. Have you seen a similiar pattern like this in alot of people? Is this normal?
 
6) I wake up feeling like I've slept very little, and the spaciness I feel is like im drunk with mental cloudiness, clouded vision (yet have 20/20 vision) wobbley legs, lightheaded and bad balance.
 
Is this metabolism related? Do you know of any explanation of why I've felt like that for so long?
 
I've had MRI to the brain, numerous test of blood work, seen a nueroliogist and the only thing ever found was lyme, and parasites from a lady that put my blood under a microscope. And that was found here recentely. But the Semento and Burber given for that has done nothing to ease the symptoms,a dn I've heard antibiotics do nothing but hold them at bay and murders your immune system.

Hello,

  1. I would recommend following your plan as presented at this point and we will adjust the fat as we go on.  I would suggest though using the higher carb foods twice per day to aid in gaining weight.
  2. Can't be sure right now as it is too early but I will recommend that you keep as close to a commplete focus on your meal plan as possible.  Be sure to start every meal with 8-16 ounces of vegetable juice.
  3. This is more of an addiction challenge than a nutritional one.
  4. Parasites become a problem when the environment in our body is not optimal which leads to overpopulation of parasites.  Create a healthy environment and parasite cannot survive at the same rate.  The garlic will be fine for your nutrition type and I would recommend juicing a fresh clove with your juice.
  5. Many carb types have no problem skipping meals but I would recommend sticking with 3 meals per day for yourself.
  6. This could be tied into so many challenges but late night eating for a carb type generally does not help.

Hi Glen, (or anyone that has insight on this....)

I've just recently got a stomach flu/rotovirus (widespread in our area) and it really knocked me out. I got it twice (like many people did) Even 8 weeks later I still feel I havent completly recovered which is strange. Anyhow, I was told I needed probiotics.

I then purchased Mercola's complete probiotics, and only took half the capsule just to test it. I ate something with it, and about 10 minutes later my stomach started burning somewhat, had a little heart burn and I felt hot in general all over, with my ears burning. Whats strange is this is the exact thing that happens when I take ANTI biotics.

Is this normal?

I'm sensitive in general to supplments/Medication. Is there a gentler way to get probiotics and to replinsh my gut?
