Since I do not know how you have been eating previously I can make some suggestions based on others that I have worked with in the past. If you consumed a higher percentage of carbs prior to your plan you may be going through carbohydrate withdrawals at this time. I would recommend eating the part 3 of the meal plan at least once per day.
Remember that you can address the amounts of food that you are eating. Some protein types only need a few ounces of protein at the start of their meal while others need much more. It is a process of understanding your body and you are very much at the beginning of this. Let me know how you are doing with the suggestions.

I have read in many places that protein diets are not very good for you. Find out what type you are at Dr. Mercola's site and eat that way. I have been doing that for quite some time. But, to lower my fat ratio and lose inches as well as weight, I am drinking Bskinny Coffee. It is great, it is low glycemic, controls hunger, produces energy, thermogenic fat burning with buffered caffine. I can't believe how well it works.
