Hi Kevin,
Dietary Fats are required for the production of testosterone and increasing dietary fats intake increases levels of available "free" testosterone. This does not mean an overconsumption though!

Testosterone is a subject that needs more info in this community. Since I have had my Testosterone levels tested I am not getting anywhere with my dr. He thinks I am in great shape for my age. But with my Testosterone levels dropping in all areas I am beginning to wonder a little about that.
My Total Testosterone 686 250 - 1100
% Free Testosterone 0.99 % 1.5 - 2.2 This is low
Testosterone Free 67.7 35.0 - 155.0
And my doctor said my test levels are normal
Just like he said my mercury levels at .5 is normal
How would rising my free testosterone from 0.99 to within the 1.5 - 2.2 and raising the others some benefit me, and how would I do it? And fyi I am Ill be 52 in a few weeks or so.
