As long as you are following your carb type meal plan you should not have to put the focus on the percentages. With following the fresh vegetable juice first, followed with your added vegetable nutrition with your carb type appropriate vegetables and a small amount of fat, the percentages will usually take care of themselves without you having to put in any more time and effort. This should make the meal plan easier for you.
