My husband was just required to take both the swine flu nasal spray and flu vaccine shot during a annual exam with the national guard. Needless to say I'm a little upset about it. Not one, but both on the same day. Does anyone have any thoughts about what he should do now to keep his health as optimal as possible and for how long? And are there any side effects we should be aware of and for how long? One last question- should he be around our 3 and 4 yr old children?
