Hello.  I ordered the Sun Renew System a few months ago.  The instructions say to use it maximum 10 minutes per side every 48 hours. My question is, am I getting enough exposure to make enough D with only 10 minutes on each side if my skin is dark?  I tan easily and I already have a pretty good tan and I know the darker you are the longer you need to tan, so I want to know if I am getting enough tanning time to make vitamin D. How can I tell and how do I gauge the length of time as I continue to tan 2 to 3 times a week.  Dr. Mercola never really addresses this in any of his videos.  All he keeps saying is 10 minutes.  Does everyone, regardless of skin type and time spent tanning, only need 10 minutes per side 2 to 3 times a week?  Please help.

Thanks,

Kathy Armstrong
