As you suggested, I am eating flax seeds to increase my Omega-6 and help my eczema. I don't care for the ground stuff so I eat roasted whole seeds. I notice a lot of them pass right through to my stool. I try to chew them well, but worried that my body is not digesting them much at all...your thoughts?
Hello,
I would suggest grinding them and putting them in either drinks or smoothies, on top of salads or other cold foods. Also it will be important to add omega 3s and not omega 6s as you had mentioned.
