recent blood work: 25 hydroxy is 32 (up from 27) however, D1, 25 dihydroxy (not a clue why this test was even run) is above normal at 59. Primary doc says it tells him the form of supplementation i am using to incr. D3 levels is being converted and he's not concerned about the above normal 1-25 dihydroxy. naturopathic doc says 1-25 dihydroxy is not a test to evaluate D3 levels and no explanation of the other. D 1-25 dihydroxy is a marker for lymphoma, sarcoidosis and TB. what's going on ?
