I think my system can digest gel pills but regular capsules usually do not stay in my system.  I am worried about the flu season considering I have asthma and anxiety attacks.  Also,  what can I take for daily anxiety attacks?

Hello,

I would suggest working on improving your digestion by taking the Complete Probiotics and digestive enzyme.  It is also recommended to call the clinic to address the anxiety attacks with one of our trained MTT therapist to get to the underlying mental/emotional cause of these.  These appointments can be done over the phone.

I suggest getting help for the anxiety attacks.  I know how scary they can be as I suffered with them for years myself.

I sought religious and psychological help to ease the fears, uncertainy and stress I was under both in my personal life and career.

It is important to realize that the less stress you allow in your life the less the attacks will surface.

I started doing Yoga and spending more time with people who add to my life and people that I view as stabile and good natured.

Ask for help when you need it and find a friend who understands what you are experiencing so that they can help you realize that you really are going to be okay and they can help talk you through an attack.
