Does anyone know of a legal way to get out of taking the flu and H1N1 vaccines so that I don't lose my job as an LPN in NYS

Based on my limited knowledge of NY law, it is my understanding that you would have to have a very solid religious or medical reason to abstain from the vaccine and they will check the validity of your reason.
I would suggest looking further in the NY law for this. Sorry we could not be of further assistance.
