I'm seeing lots of conflicting information on the two. Is it benefical or detremental to exercise if you're recovering from adrenal fatigue?

Help!?!

I have found it to be a sensitive area with lots of grey myself.  Try easing into it with stretching, tai chi, yoga or a stroll in the park.  Your body will let you know when it is ready for more challenge, such as a quicker pace or some added weight training.   I learned the hard way, trying to push too much to fast.  It took me breaking my heel to learn the meaning of "Easy does it."  My body needed that down time and was going to make sure I got it one way or another.  Patience my friend, you'll get there and beyond.

Live Well
