I recently took the NT test - turns out I'm a protein type. I was wondering what foods would be OK for in-between meals snacking (trying to find meals that keep me 'full' for long, but still not there....)

thanks!

I'm a protein type, too.  I find I can get by for awhile, not as long as on a good meal, with a mix of nuts and fruit, or nuts, fruit and yogurt (plain, no sugra, full-fat).  If it wasnt' so expensive, I would keep dried meat.  Watch commercial beef jerky, as they seem to all have sugar, but my butcher does one that looks good, it's just too pricey at the moment.  I used to eat six meals a day (ala body builders), but since really sorting out myself as a protein type, when I eat that way, I find I don't need as many snacks, which is nice, too.  Hope this helps.

I find raw cheese with celery, nuts with coconut oil, plain whole raw milk yogurt or kefir with flaxseed, or leftover supper all good choices. Something high-fat and high-protein, while limiting the carbohydrate works best for me. A whole banana or apple alone is a bad choice. Half is my maximum, and I must consume it with a protein and a fat.
