I know that Krill Oil is better than Fish Oil, but I have seen videos from youtube about a better source and how Krill oil is bad.

New Zealand Greenlip Mussels Oil > Krill Oil

It said it has a much higher content of Omega-3 and antioxident than Krill.

The product is called Maxxor.

Flax Seed Oil > Krill Oil

One doctor said to avoid all Animal Oil and use plant-based Oil instead. Animal Oil is rancid and they cause cancer.

Animal Oils are Fish, Krill, Mussels etc.

Omega-3 experts, please enlight me on these confused issues.

By the way, is Mercola's Krill Oil is the best Krill Oil out there on the market? There are so many that are claiming their best out there.

Thank you.
