Hi, its my first week on the MT protein diet (parasympathetic dominant) and although some strong positive effects I now find myself with a BIG problem of too much gas! My digestion has always been poor and I suffer dyspeptic symptoms on daily basis. However I now find that during and soon after every meal I'm producing large quantities of gas(upper mostly!) Im currently trying to experiment with my ratios to see if this helps but have not had a reproducible effect so far. Any suggestions? Thanks

If you have not been eating in this way prior to your meal plan it may take a bit for your digestive system to normalize but ultimitely this will provide the best overall balance for you systemically. I would recommend a quality probiotic, digestive enzymes and possibly an HCL supplement to aid in your digestion.
