I just took the NT test yesterday and it says I'm a Mixed Type.

I have a few questions as I find the details pretty indescript.

1. It says to eat an equal amount of protein and vegetable, but what is that based on? Weight, percent from calories, volume? I'm thinking it is weight based on other q's in this forum.

2. It says to eat 25% of the meal in fat. Does that include the fat from the entire meal? Or suggesting that 25% of the meal be from the fat category (oils, nuts, if nuts are considered part of the fat category)? And if it is 25% from the fat category, again is that based on weight or calories?

Because the meats from the protein category will already contain fat, so I don't know whether it means to add 25% of my meal from the fat category, regardless of how much fat I've already gotten from the protein, or what.
