Hi there!

For some reason over the last few months my progesterone levels have dropped and I've stopped ovulating.  My dr. mentioned putting me on Clomid, but I have to think there is a more natural way to get things back in balance.  I'm 32 and in good health, so this is all very puzzling.  Has anyone experienced this and found ways to get the hormones back to healthy levels?

Thanks!

Hmm, I would have a talk with a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist.  My progesterone was low due to Adrenal Fatigue.

There does exist a bio-identical progesterone cream available from many online sources. It would be best to consult a Natural Dr. to determine what dose

is right for you. Better yet would be to find a supplement that returns normal hormone function without adding drugs or hormones.

I have found a supplement that slows the aging process by reducing the cellular oxidative stress by 40%. By eliminating much of the oxidative stress

I know that many of the normal body systems will return to normal. I am having some success with getting systems back to normal, but it is too early to tell

yet just how much I will improve.
