I like to have a snack or dessert sometimes. Is avocado mixed with lime and stevia (“faux key lime pudding”) an okay dessert if it stands alone an hour or two after a meal, or should I be having it with something else to make it more complete? Must every snack/dessert be balanced?
Also, where do chia seeds fit into a mixed type's diet? I don't see them on either of my lists. I like to soak the seeds and add some cream, cinnamon, and stevia for a nice, soft pudding. Is this okay or do I need to tweak that snack also? Input is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
