Hello.......
I am a veggie (carb) type.............in the past I've always added apples to my vegetable juice to make it more "tasty". Is this a big "no...no"? I've read that we should watch our fruit intake. How much fruit is enough? Is it o.k. to consume fruit alone or do we always need to eat it along with other food to slow down the absorption?
