hello there any one who can help me to gain some weight.at the moment im with 46 kg and in 37 years old.i eat everything and even like that cant put 1 kilo more.any tips?thanks
Lift weights! I was always on the skinny side but I began lifting weights to gain strength but it also added weight to my body. I only lift small weights because I am female and I don't want to get real big so I lift 5lb. hand weights and do exercises with ankle weights and I am about 2 sizes bigger now. It took a while though to gain weight so be patient.
