I know you can get some through eggs and flaxseeds.  Are those the only ways get a sufficient amount w/out krill oil?

You might not have overlapping allergies to krill if you are allergic to fish. They are very different  in makeup. You won't get enough omega's in flax SEEDS, but you can use flax OIL IF and ONLY IF, it is of the BEST QUALITY and has been kept refrigirated and stays refrigirated at your house. Flax oil goes rancid quickly and then it serves to cause inflammation rather than decrease it.

Better choices are Green Lipped Mussels if you don't have problems with shellfish, and Chia seeds IF they are of the species Salvia Hispanica- it will say on the package. Very high in Omega's. Also, RAW BUTTER from grass fed cows has Omega 3's as well.

Believe I found the best solution.  Getting Omega 3s from algae capsules which is the bulk of fish diet that contains the nutrients.
