i was wondering what would be the best body soap to use, i work out in the gym everyday doing mma training and with all the staff infections and other stuff like that i want to be safe. I hear all the time not to use antibacterial soap but that dont make sense to me..Anyone have any ideas?

Soap in its self is antibacterial...... Those commercial antibacterial soaps use toxic chemicals that cause the germs to become resistance to them. Some of the best soaps I have used are goat milk based. They don't dry out the skin with multiple uses during the day.

Dr. Bronner's Magic Casteel Soap is great!.  It comes in both a bar and a liquid.  I purchase it at Whole Foods or Trader Joes.  Trader Joe's also has a knockoff under their own name that's a little less expensive.
